Black River Technical College Foundation SEAS (Special Events and Activities Support) and the Eddie Mae Herron Center are sponsoring a presentation for Black History Month. Rodney Harris will be presenting Spokesmen for Their race: African-American Political Involvement in Arkansas, 1868-1893 February 16 at 10am. The event will be held at Black River Technical Center’s RCDC Room.
