Southern Gospel Quartet Homeward Bound will perform Friday, June 17th at 6pm during our Juneteenth Celebration at the Randolph County Development Center on the campus of Black River Technical College.
The Eddie Mae Herron Center is sponsoring an essay contest to those students entering the 9th – 12th grades. The topic of the essay is: “What Does Freedom Mean to Me?”.
